Granby Ranch Homeowners,

This is a reminder that the annual meeting is coming up this Thursday, November 19^th  at 9am.
Please note that for this meeting – you must join the Zoom webinar on your computer in order to participate in the meeting. Homeowners who only dial-in over the phone will not be able to vote or comment during the meeting .

We will be using the ‘Q&A’ feature for homeowners to vote and that is only available to users who have joined via the Zoom website or application from their computer.
Voting will be used during the meeting if an owner wanted to veto the 2021 board approved budget.

Please be sure to join the meeting from a desktop, laptop computer or tablet.
